Email Setup for Microsoft Outlook user

Step 1

• Start Microsoft Outlook
• Click on Tools -> Email Accounts ->

Step 2

• Select Add a new email address
• Click Next to continue setup

Step 3

• Fill-in :
  • Your Name ( Mohd Ali)
  • Email Address (ali@yourcompanyname.com.my)
  • Incoming Mail Server(POP) (pop.yourcompanydomain.com.my)
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)(smtp.yourcompanydomain.com.my)
  • User Name (youremailaddress@your company.com.my)
  • Password (Email password)
• Click on More Settings..
  • Select Outgoing Server
  • Tick " My Outgoing Server(SMTP) requires Authentication
  • Make sure you selected " Use Same Settings as my Incoming Mail Server"
  • Click OK to continue.
• Click "Test Account Settings"
  • make sure all testing are successful
  • if not successful pls double check on your Setting
• Click Next to Finish Microsoft Outlook configuration
